The Bead Shop at Beadwrangler's Online Shopping Mall features beads that are typically used in beading, bead crochet, bead knitting, bead weaving and bead embellishment added to various fiber techniques such as knitting, crochet, weaving, quilting, embroidery and tapestry.

There are seven beads (hence 7Beads.com) typically used in these applications.

Glass seed beads in four sizes: 15/0, 11/0, 8/0 & 6/0. 
This terminology is very old and used to mean the number of beads that would fit along an inch when the beads are lined up with the bead hole on the surface.  Seed bead surfaces are now much smoother and regular so now you would find twelve size 11/0 seed beads would fit along an inch.  But the terminology still works as a reference for seed bead size.  Other sizes are available (i.e. 10/0) but are not as popular
and are not available in as many colors.  At 7Beads.com the size 15/0 seed beads are Japanese seed beads and the size 11/0, 8/0 & 6/0 seed beads are Czech seed beads.

Glass round beads in three sizes: 4mm, 6mm & 8mm.
4mm beads are about the size of size 6/0 seed beads but are round.  6mm and 8mm glass beads are larger than the typical seed beads.

There are 50 different Beadwrangler Seed Bead Mixes created by the Beadwrangler using size 11/0 seed beads.  Each mix is designed to create a specific mood and is the result of hundreds of hours of experimentation.  These mixes are available in 25 gram, 50 gram and 100 gram containers.
