Beadwrangler Bead Spinner Information Page
If you do a lot of bead crochet or do large projects using a beading or fiber technique that requires a lot of bead stringing, you should not be without a bead spinner. On average, if you have a project that requires 30 minutes to load beads onto your working thread, you can do it in 1 minute with a bead spinner. Click here to see an animation showing those beads climbing onto your thread!. You can return here from the animation.
A Beadwrangler Bead Spinner is made to my specifications and features a lower profile, a larger bowl opening and larger bead capacity. The Standard and Mini bead spinners are made from Camphor Laurel. The bottom of the base is concave so that it grips your work surface. The Classic is made from a standard hard wood and also has a beautiful wood finish. These handmade bead spinners will make an attractive addition to your work area.

Versatile and Easy to Use
The Beadwrangler Bead Spinner is significantly different from other bead spinners. Most other bead spinners come with long rigid needles and require use of a thin auxiliary thread between the needle and your working thread in order to string the beads. Also the "eye end" of the rigid needle is too large to go through all size seed beads and other small beads.
With the Beadwrangler Bead Spinner, you spin your beads directly onto your working thread. The exception is when beads are strung onto sport weight, worsted weight and other thick yarns. In these cases you will need to use an auxiliary thread. You can also use thinner thread to add the bead crochet or knitting and carry it along with the thicker yarn. No matter what you use your bead spinner for - beading, weaving, braiding, stringing, embellishing, crocheting, knitting or other fiber techniques - you spin your beads directly onto your working thread.
Not Just a Bead Spinner - A Complete Package
Other bead spinners come with a single sheet of instructions. The Beadwrangler Bead Spinner comes with a 12 page booklet. You will learn how to string various size beads, use alternate methods of stringing, spin beads directly onto craft wire, Soft Flex wire and Soft Touch wire, and use multiple bead spinners.
The Beadwrangler Bead Spinner also comes with an extensive Needle and Thread Guide that matches the correct needle and thread to bead sizes all the way from tiny size 24/0 seed beads to 4mm glass, crystal and gemstone beads and all sizes in between. You'll even learn how to spin shaped beads and small bugle beads.
If you string beads for wire French beaded flowers, small amulet bags, or other small projects, then you may find the mini bead spinner the best choice. If you string beads for long necklaces, bigger bags and other projects requiring large amounts of beads at a time, then the standard or classic bead spinner may be the best choice. I use both sizes. I keep the standard out for making larger beaded bags, headdresses, any project that will require a lot of beads and the mini bead spinners for little projects that use less beads and I can easily switch bead colors for each little project.
Example: The mini will hold 8 strands of 11/0 beads and the standard and classic will hold about 2 hanks of 11/0 beads. There are 12 strands of 11/0 beads in a hank.
Your Beadwrangler Bead Spinner also comes with a handy Thread Minder for storing and spooling out your bead strung thread. You will also receive bead spinner needles for spinning the most commonly used seed beads from size 9/0 to size 15/0 and Delicas. All needles recommended in the Needle and Thread Guide are available here at 7 Beads in the Needle Section.
