Tips & Tricks at Beadwrangler Mall
| At the Beadwrangler Mall you can either
Log in first or just start browsing through the shops. Logging
in just makes checkout easier and faster. If you are a new
customer, you will enter your shipping information. If you are a
previous customer, logging in establishes your identity and fills in all
the shipping information for you at checkout time. When you Log In for the first time, use a log in name that you can remember. Your Log In Name should consist only of letters and numbers - no spaces and no special characters. Also be sure to remember you password. You can check your Basket Contents at any time. Also, you can remove items or change quantities at any time. Just click on "Basket" at the top of every page. Remember to click "Update" for each change to your order. In the shops each item is shown with a "1" in the quantity box. If you want more than one, just replace the "1" with the correct quantity. When you return to the shop, you will see that all the quantities are again set at "1". However, the quantity in your Basket is correct. When you click on Checkout, you will see a summary of your order. If there is anything you want to change, just click on Basket Contents and make your changes. Remember to click "Update" for each change to your order. Then return to Checkout or continue shopping. Forgot your password? Just go to login and enter your Log In Name. Then select "Please email me my password" and click on the Login button. Your password will be emailed to you. Delivery time: When you order with your credit card, your order is processed and shipped within 24 hours. Shipping within the United States is by Priority Mail and usually arrives in three to four days. Minimum US shipping charge is $4.75. Shipping charges drop as you add more items to your order. Shipping within the US for orders of $59.95 or more is free! Shipping to most countries is by Global Priority and takes approximately 10 days. Packages normally arrive in the destination country within 3 to 5 days. Customs processing takes another 5 to 10 days depending on their current backlog. During heavy shipping periods such as holidays, customs processing can take up to 30 days. Shipping charges are usually between $20 and $30 depending on destination and weight. The actual shipping charge for your order is shown on the checkout page. Remember, you can cancel your order at any time, even during checkout. When you order by check, I will put your order together and hold it for ten days. After that, I will place the items back in inventory to make them available to other customers. So, if you anticipate a delay in sending your check or wish to cancel your order, be sure to email me.
