I continually search the world so that I can offer you high quality products at the best possible price.
There are no cheaply made products here and
I do not include any hidden shipping costs in the price of the product.
I am absorbing a large part of the shipping costs to encourage you to use
high quality components in your creations.
I expect that the items I make to be heirlooms and I want you to do the same!
Many of my products are priced at $19.95, $49.95, etc.
You will note that the lower shipping charge starts with those prices instead of $20 or $50.

Special Note
Most of my products are fragile and must be packed in a hard box.
However, if your order is for:
three flat cards or less of Rainbow Elastic thread and nothing else
or just needles and nothing else
I will adjust your shipping charge to $1.75.
This adjusted shipping charge will not appear during checkout.
I will manually change the shipping charge when I process your order.
You will see the correct charge on your credit card statement.

 

Shipping to addresses in Canada and Mexico
As our closest neighbors, you have two choices for shipping methods.
Due to more strict custom clearance procedures, there may be delays in delivery.
I have found that Global Priority seems to clear customs faster than ordinary airmail.
Typical delivery times are 5 to 10 days for Global Priority and 30 days for ordinary airmail.
But you may want to experiment; sometimes regular airmail is just as fast as Global Priority.

During periods of high mail volume or high threat levels, both of these delivery times may extend to 30 to 60 days.
I offer this information for those of you that are in a hurry and those that are not in a hurry.
I don't make any money on either choice.
In fact I frequently under-estimate the shipping charge on your invoice and pay the difference.
All in the interest of getting my Beadwrangler products to you for the least possible cost!

Shipping to addresses outside of North America
Due to more strict custom clearance procedures, there may be delays in delivery.
I have found that Global Priority seems to clear customs faster than ordinary airmail.
Typical delivery times are 10 to 30 days for Global Priority and 90 days for ordinary airmail.
During periods of high mail volume or high threat levels, ordinary airmail delivery times may extend to 120 days.
So, on my website I only offer Global Priority Mail.
If you would prefer another form of shipping, just email me and I will arrange it.

Shipping charges by Global Priority are based on weight and destination.
All shipping charges have increased due to higher fuel prices.
Most European addresses are in the low cost category.
All other addresses are in the high cost category.
There is a mid-range shipping cost for Australia, New Zealand and Japan.
There are exceptions due to agreements or lack of agreements between our countries.

Tips & Tricks at Beadwrangler Mall

At the Beadwrangler Mall you can either Log in first or just start browsing  through the shops.  Logging in just makes checkout easier and faster.   If you are a new customer, you will enter your shipping information.  If you are a previous customer, logging in establishes your identity and fills in all the shipping information for you at checkout time.

When you Log In for the first time, use a log in name that you can remember.   Your Log In Name should consist only of letters and numbers - no spaces and no special characters.  Also be sure to remember you password.

You can check your Basket Contents at any time.  Also, you can remove items or change quantities at any time.  Just click on "Basket" at the top of every page.  Remember to click "Update" for each change to your order.

In the shops each item is shown with a "1" in the quantity box.  If you want more than one, just replace the "1" with the correct quantity.  When you return to the shop, you will see that all the quantities are again set at "1".  However, the quantity in your Basket is correct.

When you click on Checkout, you will see a summary of your order.  If there is anything you want to change, just click on Basket Contents and make your changes.  Remember to click "Update" for each change to your order. Then return to Checkout or continue shopping.

Forgot your password?  Just go to login and enter your Log In Name.  Then select "Please email me my password" and click on the Login button.  Your password will be emailed to you.

Delivery time:  When you order with your credit card, your order is processed and shipped within 24 hours.  Shipping within the United States is by Priority Mail and usually arrives in three to four days.  Minimum US shipping charge is $4.75.  Shipping charges drop as you add more items to your order.  Shipping within the US for orders of $59.95 or more is free! 

Shipping to most countries is by Global Priority and takes approximately 10 days.  Packages normally arrive in the destination country within 3 to 5 days.  Customs processing takes another 5 to 10 days depending on their current backlog.  During heavy shipping periods such as holidays, customs processing can take up to 30 days.  Shipping charges are usually between $20 and $30 depending on destination and weight.  The actual shipping charge for your order is shown on the checkout page.  Remember, you can cancel your order at any time, even during checkout. 

When you order by check, I will put your order together and hold it for ten days.  After that, I will place the items back in inventory to make them available to other customers.  So, if you anticipate a delay in sending your check or wish to cancel your order, be sure to email me.
