New Customer  If you are a new customer, you will enter your shipping information.  As a new customer when you click on the "Checkout" button, you will be given two choices: "Create New Account" and "Place Order Without Account".  Either way, you will need to enter your shipping information to complete your order.  If you choose "Create New Account", you will enter this information just once.  You will also create a login name and password for future visits to Beadwrangler's.  If you choose "Place Order Without Account", you will need to enter your shipping information every time you visit Beadwrangler's.  You DO NOT enter your credit card information when you create an account.  You enter that information separately each time you visit Beadwrangler's and order something.

Previous Customer  If you have previously created a login name and password, all of your shipping information will be filled out for you during checkout.  Just review it to make sure everything is correct.  Your credit card information will NOT be filled out for you.  That information is not a part of your account information and must be entered by you each time you make a purchase at Beadwrangler's.

Tips for Login Name and Password  Your login name must consist of only letters and numbers - no spaces and no special characters;  it should be something that you will remember.  For security purposes I cannot email you your login name if you forget it.  You will need to start over with a new login name.

Your Password   Your password must also consist of only letters and numbers - no spaces and no special characters.  A good secure password consists of seven or eight characters and is made up of both letters and numbers.  If you forget your password, you can click on Email Me My Password and I will send it to the email address  that you supplied during the login process.

Changing Your Order  You always have complete control over your order.  You can check your Basket Contents at any time.  There is  "Basket" button at the top of nearly every page at Beadwrangler's.  On the Basket Contents Page you change change quantities or remove items entirely.  If you make any changes to your basket contents, be sure to click on the Update Button so that your changes will take effect.  Review your entire order during checkout.  If you need to change your order during checkout, click on the "Basket" button at the top of the screen and make changes to your order as described above.  When you click on "Update" on the Basket Screen, your changes will be reflected when you return to the Checkout Screen.  At that point you can continue the checkout process or return to one of the order pages and add more items to your Basket.

Adding Items to your Basket  Order quantities for all items at Beadwrangler's are preset to "1".  If you want just 1, just click on "Add to Basket".  If you want more than one, change the "1" to the quantity you want and then click on "Add to Basket".  If you view this item again while shopping at Beadwrangler's, you will notice that the quantity has been reset back to "1".  However, your correct order quantity will be shown in your Basket Contents.

Delivery Time   When you order with your credit card, your order is processed and shipped within 24 hours.  Shipping within the United States is by Priority Mail and usually arrives in three to four days.  Shipping to most countries is by Global Priority and takes approximately 10 to 20 days.  Sometimes there is a delay due to the destination country customs clearance procedures.  You may order by check or money order if it is in US dollars.  Your order is shipped after your check is received.  So payment by credit card results in getting your order faster.

Shipping Charges  Minimum shipping charge is $3.95 for US orders.  Shipping charges decrease to $3.00, $2.00, $1.00 and finally to FREE as you add items to your order.  Shipping charges for orders to destinations outside of the US are usually between $10 and $15 depending on destination and weight.  The actual shipping charge for your order is shown on the checkout page.  Remember, you can cancel your order at any time, even during checkout.  For more detailed information, see the Shipping Charges page.

Last Minute Order Errors   I review every order and if there are obvious discrepancies such as duplicate orders or unusual quantities, I will contact you before charging your credit card and shipping your order.  So, be sure that your email address and phone number information is correct.  If you notice an error after you have sent your order, just call or email me.  I will take care of it.
