Retro Ropes come in four different series - Prime (solid beads), Rainbow (bead mix), Glitter (metallic) and Mirage (variegated).  You can create a Retro Rope in any of the popular seed bead sizes: 6/0, 8/0, 11/0 and 15/0.  (Learn about seed bead sizes at the seed bead info page).  Check out the Retro Information Pages shown below to learn more about Retro Ropes.  Once your are familiar with the various Retro Rope kits that are available, you can click directly to an order page to see color choices.  There is an order page for each combination of series and bead size; for example: Mirage series in size 11/0. 

Your Retro Rope Kit includes all the materials you'll need including beads, thread, needles for loading beads onto crochet thread, ear wires for your matching earrings and necklace closures including druk bead, ring & toggle and instructions for seamless closure.  There are beads and thread for making a 22" to 36" necklace and matching earrings.

Your 24 page instruction booklet is fully illustrated with over 80 photos and illustrations including both right and left-handed step-by-step instructions for the retro stitch.  Other Beadwrangler rope kits include an extra  booklet that covers basic single crochet (without beads) and a primer for getting the first three rounds of your rope started.  The Retro Rope kits do not use the standard single crochet stitch so that extra booklet is not included with Retro Rope kits.  Also, I recommend that you make one or two basic single bead crochet ropes before attempting the Retro Rope.

I encourage you to click on the links below to the Retro Rope Information Pages.  There are over 1,000 different kits to choose from.  But it is not complicated!  There are four series of ropes: solid color, bead mixes, metallic and variegated.  Within each series you can select the bead size you prefer.  Then you pick a color.  That's all there is to it.
